Data Deletion

If you have interacted with a Watskud (Pty) Ltd product or communication channel and want your personal data deleted, you can submit a request using the steps below. This meets platform requirements (including Meta) for user data deletion.

How to request deletion

1. Email info@watskud.com from the address associated with your data. If you used a phone number (e.g., via WhatsApp), include that number in international format.
2. Describe the product or interaction (e.g., website contact form, WhatsApp bot, client system).
3. We will verify your identity and confirm deletion or explain if we act as a processor for a client.

Scope

For solutions we operate as a controller, we will delete personal data unless retention is required by law. For solutions where we are a processor, we will forward your request to the applicable client (the controller) and support deletion according to contract.
